Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud architecture, cloud computing technologies, and cloud-based applications. They will be able to develop, analyze, monitor, observe, and maintain cloud infrastructure. They will also be able to collaborate with developers to build API calls and with other teams to understand and build new dashboards.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions for our organization
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networks
- Monitor and optimize cloud performance
- Work with developers to build API calls and integrate with other systems
- Collaborate with other teams to understand and build new dashboards
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud technologies and trends
- Proactively learn new things and wear different hats
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Contribute to the mission and vision of empowering healthy habits with the use of technology
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture
- Experience with public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with cloud-based applications and services
- Experience with API development and integration
- Experience with database administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning

Operations
-Grow region by adding new accounts through direct outreach and tradeshows and manage new installs
-Build & manage local partnerships with distributors and customers
-Recruit, train and manage a team that can continue to grow the region as you move on to another region
-Participate in national tradeshows and cross-functional offsites

Job Responsibilities:
– Follow up on leads received from various channels, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
– Coordinate and set up meetings for our sales representatives with decision-makers at potential client companies.
-Proactively locate potential clients and initiate outreach via phone or email.
– Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
-Maintain ownership of service calls throughout the lifecycle of a caller’s request, coordinating with the escalation team when necessary.
-Provide suggestions for improvements to our systems and processes to boost efficiency.
-Familiarize our product manual and machine’s operation.

Qualifications:
